Printing Instructions.

I have had a few chaps say that they could not print out the Project Pages, or that they were printing out page after page of things that they did not want !! after investigation, I found that it was in fact the way that they were trying to print out, so I thought I had better give some instructions as to how and what to do.  Below is the print instruction, if you follow it in the order as written, then you should get what you want with no problems.

1.        Go to 'edit' and press "SELECT ALL" this will highlight the page for you.

2.        Go to 'file' and press "PAGE SET-UP" when you have done this, find the bit that says 'Portrait or Landscape' and mark the box 'Landscape', (some of you might get a box up that says print page set-up, if this happens, then   on that box  press Options and   you will find the Portrait or Landscape options there)

3.        Just check that your paper size is "A4"

4.        And finally, go to file, and press print.

5.        Press OK or Print, and the page you want will print out for you.

NOTE:

Some of you may get a print box up that has the Options as listed below. DO NOT mark any of them other than the one that I have marked:

(a)  As laid on screen

(b)  Only the selected frames...... (this is the one to mark)

(c)  All frames individually

(d)  Print linked documents

(e)  Print table of links

IF YOU FOLLOW THE ABOVE THEN YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO PRINT OUT YOUR WANTED PROJECT
