TIP, If you use a 4CX350 "F" VALVE IN YOUR LINEAR,
BUT CANT GET A SPARE ONE, Then remove the two wires from the HEATER pins on the bottom of the valve socket and make sure the ends are insulated for safety, next solder two new wires to the HEATER pins and lead them outside of the case to a 6v Transformer (ac) The current drain is minimal so something like 3 / 4Amp will be plenty, and have some to spare, By doing this, you will now be able to use the 4CX350- "A" OR "B" Valve, exactly the same output, but a lot more easy to find. (Note: "F" uses approx. 27 Volts, "A" "B" uses 6Volts)
